Spectacular art on show in and around Dardanup

The annual Dardanup Art Spectacular, a nine-day extravaganza showcasing the work of local and regional artists in Dardanup,  Ferguson Valley and Collie, starts this weekend.

The art journey begins 4 May at the Dardanup Hall with the opening of the Dardanup Art Exhibition. Tickets are available at the door: $20 single, $35 double or $50 family including wine and nibbles.

The event signals the beginning of the art trail which extends over two weekends, from the 5 May.

Travel through the beautiful valley and surrounds viewing the work of local arts and sample award-winning wines, beer and food.

You will experience artists in residence, music performances, demonstrations, as well as be able to purchase a special piece of art. On both weekends there will be live music at the Moody Cow and Wild Bull breweries.

Six of the winning artworks from the exhibition will be transferred to the Collie Art Gallery after the exhibition closes.

See the Dardanup Art Spectacular website or Trail brochure for further information.
