A new date and a new name for the Collie to Allanson pathway

A new pathway connecting the communities of Collie and Allanson is already receiving rave reviews, but if you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, come along to its official opening, now being held Saturday, 29 October 2016 from noon.

Use the new pathway to walk from either the cemetery or Allanson ends through picturesque forest to meet in the middle for a free sausage sizzle and official opening ceremony. Allow 20 to 30 minutes for the walk.

Parking is available at the cemetery and Ferguson Road. Please note that a drop-off/pick-up area is available at the event site, but there is no parking. And please leave pets at home.

A competition was held to name the path, which will be unveiled at the opening.
