The Collie Art Gallery is excited to be part of the ever-popular Dardanup Art Spectacular, which runs 29 April to 7 May this year.
Every year, thousands of visitors travel from around the state to visit galleries and open studios in Dardanup, the Ferguson Valley wine region, and now Collie.
The Collie Art Gallery is a first-class exhibition space that will be showing A Camera on Gallipoli, a collection of emotive photographs showing soldiers’ life at the front line. The gallery also has a diverse collection of artists’ work for sale in the foyer and studio.
A selection of works chosen from award winners and other successful entries in the Dardanup Art Spectacular competition will travel from the Dardanup Hall exhibition and hung at the Collie Art Gallery for the duration of the trail.
The Collie Art Gallery is encouraging local artists to get involved. Bring your materials and work from within the gallery during the one-week event and create works right in front of hundreds of potential customers.
There are limited spaces in the foyer and studio, so make sure you nominate early.
