Come and see for yourself Collie’s passion for all things motorsports during the Collie Motorcycle Festival, being held 23-24 September 2017.
The Shire of Collie and local motoring enthusiasts decided to give Ulysses Club members a warm country-style welcome when it was discovered they were planning to hold their annual Odyssey in the South West town of Collie.
TEST AND TUNE DAY
The Historic Competition Motorcycle Club is getting warmed up for its State Championships at the Collie Motorplex with a test and tune day from 9am.
Come and check out the action on the track, with free entry for spectators.
COUNTRY-STYLE PUB ENTERTAINMENT
Three local pubs will be serving country-style pub grub and live entertainment.
CELEBRATE IN CENTRAL PARK
Hundreds of Ulysses Club members will rumble through a 32-kilometre procession through the town of Collie and surrounds, finishing up in Forrest Street for a motorcycle display.
A motoring-focussed Sunday Market is being held in Collie’s Central Park from 8am-3pm.

FREE MOTORCYCLE TRAINING
Ride Right, presented by Dave Wright of the Motorcycle Riders Association of WA, focuses on rider safety. Starts 10am.
Rider Down, presented by Janine Nicholas, teaches correct life-saving first aid immediately following an accident. Starts 1pm.
The training sessions on Sunday at the Collie PCYC are being provided free of charge to the public.
The Historic Competition Motorcycle Club State Championships kick off from 9am with qualifiers, followed by racing. The Championships continue from 9am on Monday.
SUPPORT ROYAL FLYING DOCTOR SERVICE
Gold coin donations, raffles, and a stall selling donated motorcycle gear throughout the Collie Motorcycle Festival will raise much-needed funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Donations of your unwanted motorcycle gear are greatly appreciated.
A limited-edition mounted poster of World Superbike Champion Jonathan Rhea donated by Kawasaki Australia, and a pair of Alpine Feel TKR3 Sentir headphones are up for grabs in raffles to be held on the Sunday morning.
